For high-achieving women

The 4-Week
Idea-to-Business Intensive

Turn your skills into a  business, you can run alongside your 9 to 5. Without blowing up your life in the process.

You’ve spent the last 10–20 years building a career. Now you want out.

You make a good living. You’re good at it. You built a life around that income.

Lately, doing this for another 10 or 20 years makes you want to scream.

You have an idea. Maybe it’s from your career. Maybe it’s something else you’re great at.

Either way, you keep thinking:

I could actually turn this into a business.

One problem: you don’t know how to turn it into one.

The 4-Week Idea-to-Business Intensive helps you do exactly that.

Turn your skills into a real business you can run alongside your day job. No blown-up life required.

Too Well Paid To Quit. Too Young To Retire.

You did what you were supposed to do. Missed soccer games. Came in sick. Picked up calls on weekends.

You climbed the ladder. You’re somewhat at the top now.

For what? A week of vacation a year.

There’s a mortgage. Kids. College. A lifestyle you worked hard to build.

You’re not 25 anymore.

You have more to lose.

But you also have something you didn’t have at 25. Experience. Skills. Judgment. Connections.

This isn’t about the job anymore. It’s about freedom. Who you work with. What hours. What your life actually looks like.

And there’s another thought getting harder to ignore:

If not now, when?

  • Five years from now?
  • Ten?
  • When the kids are older?
  • When the mortgage is paid?
  • When work finally slows down?
  • When you magically feel ready?

There will always be a reason to wait.

Get out. Smart, not reckless. Stop making others rich while you’re getting older and more tired.

You Don’t Have To Burn The House Down To Build Something New.

Natalie, founder of Zero B.S. Digital

Hi, I’m Natalie.

My story as a business owner started with my husband. We built a service business together, and I had to learn marketing, websites, all of it, just to keep it alive.

That’s what led to Zero B.S. Digital. I built it to be free, to live by my own rules. Now I want to help women like me do the same.

If you’re done trying to fit your life around work, I’ll show you how to build a business that fits around your life.

From “I Have An Idea” To “Holy Shit, I Have A Business.”

This isn’t career coaching.

I’m not going to ask you to breathe through your chakras, discover your purpose or visualize your future self.

And if your starting point is:

Not my territory

“I hate my job. Tell me what business I should start.”

I’m probably not the right person.

Now we’re in my territory

“The thought of going to my job for the next 20 years makes me want to rip my hair out. I know what I want to do. But I don’t know how to make it work and not blow up my life.”

Over four weeks, we’ll take the rough idea in your head and turn it into a real service business. Here’s how.

The four weeks

Three Phases. One Sequence.

    Is There A Business Here?

  2. 02

    Make It Worth Choosing

  3. 03

    Secrets Of Visibility

01

Phase 1: Is There A Business Here?

First, we figure out exactly what we’re building.

You don’t need a business plan. Your idea can still be rough.

We’ll look at what you want to do, what you’re good at, how much time you realistically have, and what kind of business could fit into your actual life. Then I’ll research the market.

We’ll look at

  • Your skills, experience and original idea
  • Your available time, budget and real-life constraints
  • Competitors already selling something similar
  • What they’re offering
  • How they’re delivering it
  • What they’re charging
  • What appears to be working
  • Gaps and opportunities in the market
  • Different ways your skill could make money
  • The most realistic direction for your business

End of Phase 1

We’ll know what business we’re actually building.

02

Phase 2: Make It Worth Choosing

Being good at what you do isn’t enough. People need a reason to choose you.

The goal isn’t to become another photographer, tutor, consultant, caterer, coach or whatever else you’re building.

We’re going to figure out who is most likely to value what you do and why they should choose you instead of the 20 other options they can find on Google.

We’ll work through

  • Your best customer
  • What that customer actually wants
  • What matters to them when they’re choosing someone
  • Your competitors
  • Where you can be different or better
  • Your positioning
  • Your services and packages
  • Pricing
  • Your core offer
  • Bonuses or value-adds when they make sense
  • Risk reversal when appropriate
  • Your core message

End of Phase 2

You’ll know who you’re selling to, what you’re selling, what you’re charging and why the right customer should choose you.

03

Phase 3: Secrets Of Visibility

Okay. You know what you’re building. Where the hell do customers come from?

We'll discuss the majority of digital marketing channels that exist and how they work. I’ll break down the channels that actually move the needle:

  • Google Business Profile
  • SEO
  • Organic social
  • Paid ads

You’ll leave with a personalized 90-Day Visibility Plan focused on these four, not a list of everything you could possibly do.

End of Phase 3

You’ll know exactly where to start getting found, and what to ignore and why.

What You’ll Have At The End

Four weeks from now, this doesn’t have to be the thing you keep telling people you’re “thinking about.” You’ll have:

  • A defined business.
  • A clear customer.
  • A service people can actually buy.
  • Pricing.
  • An offer.
  • A reason to choose you.
  • Professional messaging.
  • A 90-day visibility plan.
  • A plan for getting it in front of potential customers.

And most importantly:

You’ll have started.

Run with it yourself, or keep working with me to grow it. Your call.

This Is Not The Easy Way Out.

I should probably tell you this part too.

Building a business alongside a career is work.

Your evenings may get shorter.

Dinner may occasionally come out of the freezer.

You may question what the hell you’re doing.

You’ll talk about your business, face customers, and make decisions before you feel ready.

I can save you years of figuring out how to build this.

I cannot save you from the work required to make it work. And I don’t want to.

Because the woman I’m looking for doesn’t need easy.

She needs a way forward.

There’s Still Time. But It Doesn’t Feel Infinite Anymore.

You can keep thinking about it. Take another course. Read another book. Research another model. Spend six months tweaking the idea. Tell yourself you’ll start when work calms down.

Ten years from now, you’ll wonder:

What would have happened if I’d just started?

Or pull the trigger without burning everything down. Keep the paycheck. Keep the health insurance. Keep paying the mortgage. Keep the life you’ve spent decades building.

And start building the thing that could give you another choice.

You don’t need to quit tomorrow. You don’t need it all figured out. You don’t need to be fearless.

You need to be serious enough to start.

If not now, when?
